Exhale & Rise is powered by Lunacy Fitness. Dana Luna’s movement journey began in 2006, working the gym floor at Bally Total Fitness and she hasn’t looked back since. What started as a personal love for staying active grew into a full-blown passion for group classes, one-on-one training, and helping others feel strong in their own skin.

Certified through NASM as a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and performance enhancement coach, Dana brings both experience and heart to every session.

After navigating two major surgeries and her own recovery process, she turned to Pilates, not just for strength, but to reconnect with her body in a deeper way. Dana also teaches pole dancing, DJs, hikes, home schools her kid, and everything else you can think of. She’s got it all and she’s here to create a community that lifts each other up.
